Export your Monday.com boards

In Monday.com: Board → More Options → Export to Excel. Export all active boards. This gives you tasks, statuses, owners, and dates in spreadsheet format.

Screenshot every automation rule in Monday.com. Note all integrations (Slack, Google Drive, GitHub etc.) — you'll reconnect these in ClickUp.
